We are extremely proud of the team that we have been able to assemble at Elite. We have deep backgrounds in the appropriate disciplines relating to design, construction, project management and business management. One of our key focus areas is education.
Elite has more “Certified” professionals on staff than any other Remodeler in the Greater DFW area. In fact we are the only Professional Remodeler to have “on staff” a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Graduate Remodeler, from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) a Certified Remodeler and Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler AND from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) a Certified Kitchen Designer and a Certified Bathroom Designer.
By focusing on education we are able to continually seek ways to improve our skills and construction processes and methodologies.

Kelli Parker

Kelli joined Elite in March 2010. She is an accomplished Kitchen and Bath Designer and has been in our industry over the past 20 years. She is a past President of the St Louis NKBA Chapter and current President of the Dallas Chapter of the NKBA. She also recently completed the 2020's Master Design Program.

Lead Project Manager & Field Operations Manager
Mike joined Elite late summer of 2018 as he relocated to the Dallas area from Atlanta. In Atlanta, Mike was a professional remodeler for 35+ years. He brings a wealth of construction and business management experience to Elite.

Celena Medlin

Celena has been with Elite for since 2008. She basically runs day to day operations of the company. She is responsible for all job costing, all finance and accounting related activities. Additionally, she is the master of our job estimating tool and web based CoConstruct tool and provides oversight and guidance to company on its use and capabilities.

Office Administrator
Tommie joined us in late 2021 and is responsible for our Office Administration areas. She has previously spent most of her time in Customer Service at several organizations

Victor joined us in 2020 as a graphic designer working along side his wife Nicole. They make a great team and provide all the 3D, CAD and to scale drawings for our team.

John is the Owner of Elite. John and his wife DeDe bought Elite in November 2004 and have worked diligently along with the rest of the team to reposition Elite from a discount remodeler to a Full Service Value Added Remodeler. JJohn is currently on the Board of the Dallas Builders Association, on the Board of the DBA’s Metro North Division, the past Chairman of the DBA’s Remodeler Council, past Chair of the DBA’s Education Committee and the Past Chair of NKBA’s National Advisory Council for Builders & Remodelers.

Steve has been with Elite since June 2004. Steve has 20+ years of construction background and manages all aspects of our Construction Projects including our Warranty Program. Steve and his team work with our Customers to build and deliver their “dreams” while simultaneously managing Elite’s internal processes and various Business Partners.

Madison joined Elite in June 2021. She recently graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Interior Design.

Mark joined Elite in January 2024. Mark has been in the industry for the past 40 years across several cities and states. In addition to his wealth of knowledge, Mark brings many years of carpentry and real world residential remodeling experience to our company.

Nicole has been working with Elite since early 2018 and has been instrumental in assisting our growth. She brings a wealth of knowledge in the Design world specifically related to CAD tools and drawings and handle all of our Design layouts for us.

Open Project Manager Position
We have an opening for an experienced Project Manager. This position is responsible for all aspects of a project’s construction from kickoff to warranty. You must have 5+ years experience in Residential Remodeling projects. Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. NAHB and or NARI certifications of CGR, CR, CKBR, CAPS a plus.

We have an opening for an experienced K&B Designer. This position is also responsible for all selections and final designs. You must have 5+ years experience in Residential Remodeling projects. Needed knowledge of 2020, Auto CAD, Chief Architect a plus. NKBA certifications of CKD and or CBD also a plus.
