Our estimating team and trade partners create a comprehensive line-item budget based on the approved design. Every effort is made to fully define the project before construction begins, helping minimize surprises later in the process.
5. Pre-Construction Planning
Permits, HOA approvals, scheduling, material procurement, and construction logistics are finalized before work begins. During a pre-construction meeting, we review every detail so you know exactly what to expect once construction starts.
6. Construction
Your dedicated project lead manages daily construction while keeping you informed through Buildertrend. Photos, schedules, selections, progress updates, and direct communication are all available in one convenient location.
7. Final Walkthrough & Warranty
Once construction is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to ensure every aspect of the project meets expectations. After any final punch-list items are addressed, your warranty is activated—three years on labor and materials and ten years on structural work.
