“We chose Elite Remodeling because we were immediately comfortable when we met with John Todd the first time. He and his staff were willing to come out to our house, look at our current situation, listen to our ideas of what we wanted to do, and even see if it was viable to add another room to our house.
So our room addition started with what used to be a bay window that faced out to our front yard from our formal dining room. We added on some pocket doors so that when I’m officing, I can close the doors and be quiet or open if we’re entertaining so people can flow in and out between the formal living and the dining room.
Elite Remodeling is set apart by a couple of different things. All their staff is very professional and very, very friendly. We found that they had an excellent process at the beginning of the project. They provide a complete detailed project plan. They also have a project manager who keeps you informed along the way, so you know what to expect every step of the way. They’re also open to changing things and making modifications without too much fuss or concern as long as it’s something that you know fits within the scope of the project. So we found them to be very collaborative and easy to work with and friendly.”

I wanted to redo my bathroom completely, but I put it off for a long time because it was just such a hassle. I wanted something nice and something kind of “Zen-like.”
I contacted Melanie, who came out to talk to me, talked about what I wanted, showed me some things, and was really impressed with her professionalism. We took everything down to the studs. We got all-new fixtures, new vanity, new countertops, new shower tile, new painting, so basically a complete redo of the bathroom.
I would never hesitate to use Elite Remodeling again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them either. I just think they did a fantastic job. Everybody that came I thought was very professional they cleaned up after themselves they kept the work site very neat. “We chose Elite Remodeling because they were close by. John and my wife, Lisa, worked together in the past, but I went out and got three quotes. You know, just to keep things honest because I’ve never been through anything like this before.
We wanted to redo the countertops and cabinets, install new appliances and a new sink. We worked well together. They have a great team. Kelly Parker collaborated with Lisa and selected the granite countertops and the backsplash. I think it was Kelly and Lisa that came up with the island. We added a built-in oven and got an extra storage drawer cabinet space. Allowed us to get all of our cabinets pretty well-organized now.
John’s people were very adept at handling whatever came up. Somethings seemed like a big deal to me because I had been through anything like this, but it was not a big deal for them.
Customer service is very important to John Todd and the team at Elite Remodeling. I would recommend John because his work is done in a timely fashion, his people keep you informed, and he’s got a nice
little showroom there in Frisco. John and Elite Remodeling come highly recommended in my book.”
