4. Detailed Estimate
Our estimating team and trusted trade partners create a comprehensive, line-item project budget based on the approved design. Every effort is made to eliminate surprises by pricing the project thoroughly before construction begins.
5. Pre-Construction Planning
Permits, HOA approvals, scheduling, material procurement, and construction logistics are finalized before work starts. During a pre-construction meeting, we review every detail so you know exactly what to expect when construction begins.
6. Construction
Your dedicated project lead oversees the daily work while keeping you informed through Buildertrend. Photos, schedules, selections, progress updates, and direct communication are all accessible in one convenient place.
7. Final Walkthrough & Warranty
Once construction is complete, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you to ensure every aspect of the project meets expectations. After any final punch-list items are addressed, your warranty is activated—three years on labor and materials and ten years on structural work.
