Our 2023 renovation in Frisco transformed this home with a striking balance of light and dark elements that creates both visual drama and timeless elegance. The kitchen renovation features an architectural gray brick feature wall with arched cooking alcove, serving as a bold focal point against soft white perimeter cabinetry and lustrous marble countertops. Crystal pendant lighting adds a touch of glamour while illuminating the spacious island designed for both casual dining and culinary preparation.

The bathrooms embrace a similar design philosophy, where rich walnut cabinetry provides warm contrast to the crisp white walls and marble countertops. Ornate metallic-framed mirrors add architectural interest, while the master shower showcases a seamless glass enclosure with rainfall showerhead for a spa-like experience. Pattern makes a subtle appearance throughout – from the diamond-pattern backsplash in the kitchen to the decorative floor tiles in the powder room.

Throughout the project, we carefully balanced traditional elements with contemporary touches, creating spaces that feel both fresh and enduring. The renovation embraces an open-concept layout that maximizes natural light while maintaining distinct zones for cooking, dining, and relaxation – a perfect reflection of today’s lifestyle needs wrapped in sophisticated design.
