We want to share our recent experience with Elite Remodeling. We modified our bathroom from a tub/shower combination to a walk-in complete with bench, hand-held shower and grab bars. From start to finish, all the staff at Elite were highly skilled in their respective jobs and every interaction was professional. We hired Elite Remodeling for a comprehensive master bathroom and bedroom renovation, and the final result is outstanding. Like any major remodel, unforeseen challenges can arise – what separated Elite was how they owned and handled them. From the very beginning, the design phase with Kelli Parker and Madison Holder was fantastic. They took the time to understand our tastes, worked with our existing layout, and came back with a truly thoughtful and beautiful plan. The execution was top-notch, led by team members including Mark Powter and the rest of the crew. They worked around our timing constraints and consistently sought our feedback on any trade-offs or decisions throughout the build. When an issue developed with a tricky flooring transition involving a third-party flooring vendor, the owner, John Todd, and project manager Chris Buchanan stepped in directly. Even though the root issue was outside their direct scope, John made a clear commitment that Elite stands behind the quality of the entire space and would make it right. True to their word, their crew came out, re-leveled the threshold, and reworked the tile field to deliver a flawless, seamless transition into our bedroom hardwood. Throughout the project, the Elite team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and high-end craftsmanship. Finding a contractor that delivers great design is one thing; finding one with the integrity to stand behind their standard of work until every detail is right is rare. My husband and I were very satisfied with Elite’s performance versus our major kitchen renovation. From design thru build-out, Kelli and Weston listened to and incorporated our ideas into the final product. We particularly liked the timeline provided which gave peace of mind over work scheduled for the current and coming weeks. We found the crews to be very professional and were very satisfied how they left the job site each day. Departures from the plan are common for significant work, but Kelli and Weston kept us fully informed and reacted with the highest degree of professionalism to ensure our ultimate satisfaction. We had a bath remodel a few years ago and we were having a problem with water temp. I messaged Elite for advice within 2 days they had a plumber at our house. Problem resolved. So impressed with service from Elite. Personal communication from owner, prompt call from service mgr to schedule plumber service. Elite is rate in this current world. It is well named.

It’s difficult to put into words how glad I am that we hired Elite Remodeling for our recent master bath remodel! Our home is our family refuge, and had it not been for a leak in our shower, I’m not sure we would have changed anything. From the very beginning, Karen told us they would work around us—and work around us they did! When one of our two dogs got sick and passed away right when we were supposed to start construction, Karen told me to just let her know when I was ready. When some of the tile I selected was no longer available, she brought samples to my house to make things easier for me. Those little things meant so much. Once construction started, Josh made sure everyone worked around our lives as much as possible. Best of all, he texted me every morning to let me know who would be at our house and when. That ended up being one of the things I appreciated most. Knowing what to expect each day made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. And the end result is truly amazing!! I LOVE my new bathroom, and I can’t wait to start our next project! Thank you to everyone at Elite for all your hard work and patience with us. We could not be happier with your entire team or with our experience.
